lotus823 is excited to announce the recent appointment of Nancy Kohlreiter as Chief Operating Officer of our award-winning integrated marketing communications agency.
In her new role, Nancy will manage lotus823’s overall corporate vision with a key focus on efficiently managing the agency’s future expansion and plans for growth, ensuring financial strength and operating efficiency along with developing strategic alliances and providing counsel on client management and new business development.
Nancy brings 20 years of experience to the role with expertise in product development and proficiency in assessing new business opportunities.

Nancy previously served as lotus823’s Director of Strategic Planning and Vendor Partnerships, where she led all agency strategic initiatives and acted as a product and market consultant for lotus823 clients. Throughout her career, Nancy has held management roles with Office Depot, Samsonite, MARS Music, and The Sports Authority.
